I have worked in the field of web analytics (now digital analytics) since 2000. Starting as a support technician for Webtrends Log Analyzer, I worked my way up through the support teams to become a remote consultant for Webtrends software, OnDemand and Warehouse. I subsequently worked as the analytics specialist at a small independent consultancy before taking up my current position as a Digital Analytics SME for a worldwide agency. I now manage Adobe Analytics, Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 360 Suite for a multinational corporation.
